Choosing your louvered pergola
Every Ombra system is built from the same powder-coated aluminum and carries the same five-year structural warranty — the choice is about how you want to live with it. These are the differences that matter, in plain terms; each of them is repeated on the product pages and confirmed in writing before an order becomes binding.
Electric or manual
The Pergola Mezzo tilts its louvers by remote control, by app or by rain sensor, and pairs with solar or mains-powered zip screens on any side. The Pergola Piano does the same work with a crank — no wiring, no chargers, nothing to fail — which makes it as right for an allotment or a holiday home as it is for a smaller budget.
Sizes and siting
Pergolas run from 3 × 3 m to 4 × 6 m, freestanding or wall-mounted, with an outer height of 252 cm. Properly anchored, the frame is rated for winds of 100–120 km/h, and the louvers drain rainwater away through the posts — so the furniture underneath stays dry in most weather a season brings.
Finishes and screens
Frames come in anthracite (RAL 7016), white (RAL 9010) or anthracite with white louvers — quiet colours that sit well against most façades and window frames. Retractable zip screens in 3, 4 and 5 m widths close any side against low sun and wind, driven by an integrated solar panel or from the mains. See the official RAL palette for the exact shades.
Every system ships as a ready-to-assemble kit on a pallet, delivered to the kerb in two to three weeks. Two people typically raise one in six to eight hours with ordinary tools, guided by a printed manual and step-by-step videos — or our own fitters install a pergola for €1,500 and each screen for €750, on a date agreed after ordering.
Ordering is deliberately unhurried: you send an order request, we confirm stock, price and a delivery window in writing within one working day, and nothing is charged until you have approved that confirmation. The aluminum frame carries five years of structural warranty, motors and electrical parts two to five years depending on the model, and the exact term for your system is stated in the confirmation. The frame is fully recyclable, and spare parts stay available for every system we sell.
