For the quickest answer

Tell us where the system is going and what it should cover: your postcode, the size of the terrace, and whether the pergola stands free or mounts to a wall. With those three we can usually confirm a price and a delivery window in one reply.

Quotations are itemised and free, orders are delivered on a pallet to the kerb in two to three weeks, and nothing is ever charged before you have approved a written confirmation. If a wall, floor or access route makes you doubt whether a system fits, send a photo with your message — it saves a visit.
